Business accounts can have multiple authorized users with role-based access, batch uploads, and multiple REN sessions, with audit trails for each transaction.

- Batch notarization: several documents in one IEN or REN session, with a combined upload limit of 25 MB (another 25 MB is available for a fee)

Each signatory and witness still needs their own account and identity verification. The Rules require each principal in a REN session to appear using their own facility account. (Rule IV, Section 1)
