Dear Partner ENPs,
Please be guided by the following guidelines regarding the submission of your Electronic Notarial Book records for the Supreme Court reportorial requirement during this transitional period:
Ensure Accuracy: All ENP details must be correct and thoroughly verified prior to submission.
Complete Your Records: The notarial book must be fully complete. Do not submit the book if it is incomplete.
Early Submission: If your records are complete and free of issues, you may submit your report as early as October 31, 2026.
