Am I ready for my session?

Open /ready before the session. The check runs in your browser. It looks at the camera, microphone, speaker, connection, browser, and permissions.

  • Allow the camera and microphone when the browser asks.
  • Play the speaker tone and confirm that you hear it.
  • Use Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. An in-app browser from another app often blocks the camera.
  • An optional ID photo check stays on the device. The photo is not uploaded.
