Create your client account and verify your identity
Sign up on notario.ph with your email or Google account, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email, accept the terms, and complete identity verification (eKYC). Your account is ready once the team approves it.

You need a verified Notario.PH by Qlegal account before you can request a notarization. Creating and activating an account is free.
Create your account
- Go to notario.ph and click Sign up or Create Free Account.
- Enter your full name, email address, and a secure password.
- Or check the agreement box and click Continue with Google to sign up with your Google account.
Confirm your email
To keep your account secure, Notario.PH by Qlegal sends a 6-digit verification code to your email. Enter the code on the screen to continue.
Accept the terms
Review and accept the Data Privacy Act consent, the Supreme Court data sharing terms, and the platform terms.
Verify your identity (eKYC)
Before you can use your dashboard, complete identity verification, also called eKYC. Make sure your camera is clear and your face is well lit. See Identity verification and liveness checks for the IDs that count.
Accredited facilities must have e-KYC, multi-factor authentication, and liveness detection. (Rule VII, Section 2(b)–(d))
Approval
After you submit, the Notario.PH by Qlegal admin team reviews your application. Once it is approved, your account is fully verified and ready to use. You can then book an electronic notary public.
