What happened
The live demo showed a remote electronic notarization from start to finish. As reported by The Manila Times, actress and host Jasmine Curtis-Smith completed an Affidavit of Loss from her home in Makati while lawyer Pauline De La Peña notarized it remotely from Ortigas. The demo covered uploading the document, reviewing the notarial fee and paying online, identity and liveness checks, signing during a video session, and receiving the notarized copy electronically.
