Open Payment help and fill in the payment issue form:
- Notarization or booking reference
- Amount and date paid
- Payment method
- A photo or PDF of the receipt or error
- Your name and email
The form creates a high-priority ticket in the Payments queue and shows a tracking number like NP-0001. Use it on the Track page.
A ticket does not by itself return money. To ask for money back, tick the refund option on the same form. See Can I get a refund if I cancel or reschedule?
Under the Rules, accredited facilities must issue electronic official receipts. (Rule VII, Section 2(r)) Attach yours if you have it.
